Hotel Le Saint-James is firmly committed to the environment through a number of concrete initiatives in our house.
In order to reduce our ecological impact, we give priority to short-distance, local products that respect production cycles and do not impact protected species. Local farming is at the heart of our concerns, which is why many of our products are from the region, including 20% of our wine list. To take this eco-responsible approach even further, we have our own vineyard at Le Saint-James, which has also been certified organic since 2020.
We work hand in hand with our producers to find innovative and responsible alternatives, such as sustainable packaging solutions for deliveries.
Committed on a daily basis to selective sorting and composting, our teams are working to continuously improve waste management and recycling.
Last but not least, our recent renovations have significantly improved our energy performance, demonstrating our deep commitment to preserving the environment.
